"I thought SRK's Iron Man route was a great paddle. Being able to paddle without worrying about when to turn around is a big plus. I really enjoyed hitting all three- Puget Sound, Lake Union, and Lake Washington. I really enjoyed the many unique sights...a close encounter with sea lions, going through the locks, and the large concentration of yachts and fishing boats. At times you also feel really close to nature. It was definetly a challenging paddle- count on 6 to 7 hours. Not necessarily for the leisure paddler, but great for out of towners who want a nice full-day trip."
